As a prelude to the 19th International Convention and Fair on Informatics 2024 in Cuba, the pre-workshop “Artificial Intelligence and Organizational Management” will take place on March 4th and 5th in Havana, Cuba. This event is organized by the Information Technology Company (ETI) of BioCubaFarma.
Pre-Event Workshop on Artificial Intelligence and Organizational Management
This pre-event workshop on artificial intelligence and organizational management focuses on the application of AI across various aspects of organizational management, including process model design, scientific communication tools, science management, scientometrics and science study, and human talent management, among other examples.
The workshop also presents an opportunity for academics, researchers, and professionals from the tech sector to exchange ideas, strategies, and innovative solutions that can be applied within the organizational sphere in general, and in technological intelligence in particular.
In this context, the workshop will feature participation from the University of Alicante’s Technology Observatory, which will deliver the closing lecture of the first day, focusing on “Trends from Artificial Intelligence to Enhance Strategic Intelligence Communication” with Alba Santa.
