The Valencia Manual (2017) is produced by RICYT and OCTS-OEI and represents the reference methodological manual for measuring the relationship activities among universities and industry.
It is a methodological tool to measure the relationship and influence of universities with the socioeconomics environment, which also allows governments to design and implement public policies that favor universities, companies and society. The Valencia Manual is the result of a collaborative reflection process and its contributions include a harmonized definition of concepts, activities and indicators, that are important to respond to social and productive demands.
