The Latin-Ibero-American Association of Technological Management (ALTEC) is a non-profit organization under private law, with international activity, created with the purpose of boosting and promoting reflection and management in technology cooperation.
ALTEC includes researchers, university professors, entrepreneurs and company professionals, government specialists, experts from financial and cooperation agencies, and professionals who work in private consultancies, interested in policy and management of innovation and technology in the region.
Among its activities, the ALTEC 2023 Congress stands out, which will be held from the 20th to the 22nd of September 2023 in the city of Paraná (Entre Ríos, Argentina).
